Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes. An appointment booking is required with a deposit. For details, please refer to our Business Policies.

I am late or I cannot make it to my appointment, what do I do?

Ideally clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes early. We give a 10 minute grace period, however after this period, we may not have time to complete the service as a whole and may either be re-scheduled or considered as a no-show. Under these circumstances , please refer to our Business Policies or Contact us directly.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We only accept scheduled appointments which require a down payment in order to secure.

What is the difference between HIFU and EXILIFT?

HIFU is mostly recommended for only mild to moderate or early ageing signs. Unlike EXILIFT, it does not reach deeper layers of the skin. HIFU focuses solely on using ultrasound technology and mainly recommended for maintenance.
