PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Our offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotional vouchers.

  • No rainchecks, refunds, or substitutions allowed.

  • Gift cards and loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional treatments or products.

 LOYALTY CARD

  • Loyalty card must be presented in-store for stamping.

  • Loyalty card expires after 12 months after issue date.

  • Loyalty card freebies must be redeemed within 12 months.

GIFT CARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Brow and Glow MNL gift cards are like cash.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash , are non-refundable and are non-transferrable.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

  • Gift cards are non-cancellable.

  • Gift cards must be presented in-store for redemption.

  • If a gift card is not present during payment, the amount will be refunded once the gift card is provided.

  • Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue (or as extended by us).

  • After expiry, unused value becomes the property of Brow and Glow MNL.

  • Gift cards can be used for all services offered in Brow and Glow MNL.

  • Gift cards cannot be combined with promotions.

  • No additional discounts apply to promotional treatments.

  • Gift cards are pre-paid for single-client use.

  • A service fee of 3.45% on the total amount applies for all gift card items upon check-out.

RE-ISSUE OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED GIFT CARDS

  • We do not re-issue faulty or damaged Gift Cards unless the fault is proven to be from the production process or our fault.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS AND LOYALTY CARDS

  • Treat your Gift Card like cash.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards and Loyalty Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

  • The bearer of the Loyalty Card and Gift Card is considered the owner.

  • Loyalty Card stamps can be combined upon presentation in-store, but non-transferable to other clients.

 YOUR CARD, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card and Loyalty Card.

  • You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card and Loyalty Card unless there’s fraud or negligence on our part.

 CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice posted on our website.

 CHECKING YOUR GIFT CARD BALANCE, EXPIRY DATE, AND TRANSACTION HISTORY

  • Check your Gift Card balance and expiry date in-store or by calling +63(02)8628-1661 or emailing info@browandglowmnl.com

  • Provide the gift card number for balance inquiries.

 PROMOTIONS

  • Promotions cannot be combined.

 REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

 BROW AND GLOW MNL GUARANTEE

  • Notify us within 7 days of treatment if you’re dissatisfied.

  • In-store consultation required for reactions to treatment.

 RESERVED RIGHTS

  • We reserve the right to change these conditions without prior notice.
